Presenters are required to arrive no later than five (5) minutes before the commencement of their scheduled session and to register with the session chair.
Each oral presentation is allotted fifteen (15) minutes in total, comprising twelve (12) minutes for the presentation itself and three (3) minutes for questions and answers.
There is no prescribed limit on the number of slides; presenters should determine an appropriate slide count based on the allocated time.
